GLIFAA and other organizations and individuals have assembled a number of resources to assist LGBT Foreign Affairs employees and their families. Included among these are the training courses, field guides, and online communities linked below.

• New! The Foreign Service Institute will be offering a course regarding the challenges faced by LGBT employees and their families overseas. The course is open to all foreign affairs agency employees and their members of household. It will take place on June 10, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. See the linked flyer for more information. • GLIFAA has assembled an MOH Field Guide outlining the benefits available and not available to domestic partners who are members of household. Download (xls)
• The MOH Network on Yahoo! Groups is a discussion group for members of household in which they can share strategies and find support.
• GLIFAA conducted an LGBT issues survey of candidates for the AFSA Board in 2009 and made endorsements for the election. Read the endorsements.
• There is now an LGBT Equality Caucus in Congress.
